Having a wander around the OJC forums (http://www.oldjapanesecar.com/) I came across a particular car that grabbed me by the ocular devices and thought that if it interested me so, it was likely to do similar to those that read this. The car in question is an Isuzu. No, not a Piazza, not a Bellett or a 117 Coupe, but a Florian! I’d heard mention and seen in brochures this magical car but until now had never seen pictures taken by a recent owner. Check out it’s ass! It’s quite the looker from that perspective;
The front almost seems to not quite match the class of the rear, but it does grow on you. The rear appears to be quite refined, whilst the front is almost brutish
This particular car belongs to OJC member michiel, it actually reminds me slightly of the little Corolla he used to own. Glad to see a rare, car has found a really good home with someone who will both treasure and enjoy it! You can read more about it here;
Well, a minor mention of one persons car simply isn’t enough so on to the next one!
Awesome to see an old transporter in use, I think I might try and do something similar myself at some stage. I have my Recovery endorsement so it seems a shame to put it to waste. Not that there’s too much more to see but you can do so here;
OJC – 1982 Datsun Cabstar Car Transporter
…and finally, for this entry at least. This fantastic Mazda B1500 Wellside that belongs to an Australian chap who is also on JNC (http://www.japanesenostalgiccar.com/)
You can read more about it both OJC and JNC, though JNC does cover more of the buy and build than what is available on OJC.
Enjoy!

same pic twice for the last one?
Oh boo. So it is. Weird… not anymore though. Cheers man.
Hey, my little blue ute’s here’s too! I’m building a second one which has the dropside tray. Has been a difficult build but the end(almost end!) result is rewarding.
Happy to help show it round man, it’s a wonderful little beast. I look forward to seeing the next one’s build!
