A little while back some of you may recall I posted an entry about a PC110 that a chap in the Ukraine owns, well.. even back then I was supposed to be sorting out getting him scans/photos of the book to aid him in his restoration. I finally got onto it a week or so back, after having no luck finding him his own Manual, which would have made the whole process easier. Anyway, so I took over 200 photos of the damn thing and then decided it would be easier to upload them to flickr than it would be to email them. Now seeing as I did that I might as well share the link with the rest of you, just in case you’re ever curious about part numbers for the 4-cylinder C110 Skyline sedan.
It also gave me something else to post about whilst I wait for the Teretonga – Classic Speed Fest. photos to upload. Today has been a looooooong day.
So, there you go Glomerus, I hope that can help you out at least a little.

Just a teaser for now as I have around 4-500 photos to process and I couldn’t bring them all with me on one day as I ran over my USB Flashdrives a while ago…
Stay tuned!

With all of my current disposable income tied up in getting the banana complied and road-legal, stumbling across inspirational DR30s on Goo-net does not help at all. Some might argue that I shouldn’t be browsing said sites if I don’t wanna be tempted into working (read: spending money) on the numerous other pieces of junk that grace my storage shed, but what else are you gonna do when you’re bored at work?
Low-down config’d, red squinteye KDR30 on bronze Watanabe RS-8s = mega friggin’ win.
Though I can’t tell if those are 55- or 60-section tyres. I’m leaning towards fitting 55s when I eventually stick my Watties on, purely because they aren’t as balloon-spec and speedometer accuracy be damned.

OK, so I’ve been slack recently in that I went outside the realms of automotive interest to travel a cumulative total of 1300 odd kilometres to attend the Faith No More – Second Coming gig recently held in CHC. Despite this however, on the journey up the country I took note of the placing of a few cars on the side of the road and in paddocks and other such thing and during my return voyage I took the time to stop and snap photos where possible of said cars with my “backup camera”. The results are as such;
