Random Retro Snap

another successful FLAWLESS trackday has been and gone – many churs to Jarred and the team for the organizational prowess (and for letting me take the AW11 around the track for one brief stint). Taupo put on some interesting weather this year with fog in the morning and rain in the afternoon… a marked contrast from 2009 when it was sunny all day.

also chur to Markku/Truenotch for this sweet photo of my car:

You're required to manoeuvre straight down this trench...

With over 300 shots to sort through on my camera I should hopefully have the bulk of them up on my flickr tonight – the album is here – but for now, content yourselves with some selected shots after the jump…

If you don’t know, for shame.

This is without doubt one of the nicest KPGC10s I’ve ever seen. From the pure white bodywork subtly accented by the black fender flares, to the dished bronze Watanabes, to the simple chin spoiler and rear ducktail, to the hint of a cage through the windows – everything about this car just screams “Perfect!” to me.

Me likey.

And no, I like it at its current height – any lower and I don’t think it’d look as purposeful.
